This notice describes the current campaign preview. It will need HFY’s approval and an update before production donations, analytics or supporter registration open.
What this preview does
The pages use locally hosted photographs, fonts and icons. This website does not load an analytics tracker, advertising pixel or payment-provider embed. It does not set tracking cookies or store a supporter profile in your browser.
Monthly amount choices stay on the page. There is no bank-detail, card-detail or donor-registration form, and no payment or donation is submitted.
Campaign links
Campaign-sharing links can include a short referral label, such as “bring3” or “awards”. A future approved rider link may identify its public rider page. These labels help explain how someone found the campaign. They do not contain a supporter’s personal details, and this preview does not send them to an analytics service.
Do not add personal details, email addresses or sensitive information to campaign URLs. A recipient can see the full URL you share.
Sharing and email
The share button may open your device’s own sharing tool. The copy button places the campaign link on your clipboard. You choose where to share it.
Email links open your email application with a subject line. You decide what to write and whether to send it to info@hereforyouth.org.
Sign-up forms
The forms on the Ride, Business Backers, Bring 3 and How it works pages ask for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, area, organisation and a message. We use these details only to contact you about 1,000 Behind Youth and the way you’ve said you’d like to take part.
When you send a form, your details are saved to a Google Sheet in Here For Youth’s Google Workspace account and emailed to the HFY team members who look after that part of the campaign. They are not shared with anyone else or used for unrelated marketing. We keep them only while they are needed for the campaign. To see, correct or delete your details, email info@hereforyouth.org.
A form is not a donation, a payment or a confirmed place on an event.
When monthly giving opens
The approved Donorbox checkout will handle payment and donor information under its own privacy information. HFY must confirm the campaign’s provider configuration, data use, cancellation information and any Gift Aid arrangements before activation.
Any future analytics must be reviewed by HFY and disclosed here. Only aggregate financial figures and approved public rider information should appear on campaign pages.
